Wine Blending Event Friday 6/28

Our people are allowed to swallow!

The event you've all been waiting for is now here: the Blendathon.
Côte-Rôtie is a combo of mostly Syrah and a little bit of Viognier. How much? We'll have to let the jury decide...

No need to don white lab coat but this is a serious exercise in palette awareness. As usual, we'll need some snacks and other wines to sustain, fortify and provide a basis for comparison.
