Nebbiolo Wednesday: Press

The recent storms gave cause for some worry about the unpicked Nebiollo, but the grapes we crushed last week turned out to be uniformly the prettiest ever seen. A very pleasant surprise.

Now it is time for the press and barrel storage this Wednesday night at 8PM.
