A Bottling Date...and beyond

Hello. We have a date for bottling the 2005 RSTC Wine Club's "Bud White", that enticing blend of Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay and Viognier. It is Monday night, August 7th at 8pm. Please RSVP to: murphy.dennis@gmail.com.

The bottling process is a 4-5 person job and will be a bit more interactive that the other times, so rest up!

In other news, we have to decide on the future, specifically what grapes to order for 2006. Bacchus will have a harvest party on Sunday, August 27th from 1-6pm where you can taste and taste and taste, and eventually decide what varietal of wine you want to make.

The catch: we have to have dues current prior to the Harvest Party. A case will work out to $165 and a half case $88.
